UltraBall is operated by HardCode Software Group LLC. We process account information such as email address, account and session records, and information you provide when you contact support. We also process prediction selections, slips, drawing references, settlement history, eligibility/profile information recorded through authorized workflows, UltraPoints activity, and Infinite Vault virtual-collectible activity to provide and protect the service.

We process technical and operational information, such as IP address, user-agent information, request identifiers, security and abuse-prevention signals, rate-limit records, and service logs. Authentication uses session cookies. The service may also use browser local storage or session storage for interface preferences and temporary session-related state. These technologies support operation, security, and a consistent experience.

UltraBall may display Google advertising. Google and its advertising technologies may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers in connection with advertising. UltraBall does not sell lottery tickets and does not use UltraPoints or Infinite Vault activity as money, stored value, or a payment method.
