Terms of Use

UltraBall is an independent, free-to-play number-prediction platform. You must be at least 18 and located in the United States where participation is permitted. No purchase is necessary. UltraBall does not sell lottery tickets, accept paid entries, or operate official drawings.

Predictions do not affect official lottery drawings, odds, tickets, or prizes. UltraBall is not affiliated with any government lottery, state lottery, Powerball, Mega Millions, MUSL, or lottery operator unless expressly stated otherwise.

UltraPoints are virtual in-app entertainment points used within UltraBall for progression, eligible in-app features, and account-bound digital collectibles. UltraPoints have no cash or real-world monetary value, do not constitute a financial asset, and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for merchandise or cash prizes.

Eligible digital collectibles offered in Infinite Vault exist only within the UltraBall service and are associated with the acquiring UltraBall account. They cannot be redeemed for cash or merchandise, sold through UltraBall, or transferred between users. Acquiring a digital collectible is not a cash award or monetary prize.

One account per person is required. Automation, fraud, duplicate accounts, abuse, misrepresentation, and rule violations may result in suspension or termination.
